When ordering merchandise you will receive an email confirming your order. We will then send you an email to inform you that your order has been completed and is ready to be collected. When you collect your order we require a copy of your order confirmation, ready for collection e-mail or ready for collection text.

Please wait until you have received the second email confirming that your order has been completed and is ready to collect before coming to our shop to avoid any problems.
