Online Returns

If you wish to exchange merchandise or require a refund, please return the merchandise within 28 days to:

by REGISTERED POST/RECORDED DELIVERY.

Postage is paid by the customer. We regret we cannot accept responsibility for any items which are not returned to us Registered Post/Recorded Delivery. For exchange or refund the items need to be accompanied by the receipt as proof of purchase.

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following items unless proven faulty:

  • Printed Replica Shirts
  • DVDs
  • Books
  • Underwear

All goods returned must be in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that we consider to be damaged or that have not been treated in accordance with the instructions on your returns slip provided.

 

In Store Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase however if not, simply return to us in the original condition with the original receipt, within 28 days to obtain a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made by the original tender type and a receipt must be presented for a refund to be accepted.

If goods are faulty they should be returned within 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for goods that are deemed to be worn or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
